Veggies

The beans, peas, zuchini and patty pan squash are coming up in my vegetable garden! Oh, and the baby romaine lettuce seeds have sprouted, too.

    Sounds good, but it also sounds as if it's too late to stop the zuke invasion...

    We like zukes! Andy cuts them up and fries them with his eggs on Saturday mornings. And I have a great recipe for stuffed zuchini.

    And if we get too many, we can always leave them on the neighbor's doorsteps!
